Is there a fee for the event?
There is no fee to attend. This event is best suited for college/pro basketball coaches and general managers. You can invite a coaching friend or colleagues, we just ask that you inform your point of contact so that we can ensure we have everything on our end!
What should I bring?
The event style will be panels and presentations with a single session of hands on collaboritive work with your peers breaking down a team in the room. We do not expect you to bring anything, we will have all the material available for you.
How close is the event to the airport?
MCI to downtown KC is a 25 minute drive. Security typically takes no more than 10 minutes to get through.
When should we plan to arrive? ...leave?
The social on Thursday will start around 5pm on Thursday evening and have heavy appetizers. We plan to end at 5pm on Friday, so you can plan to catch a 6:30 flight. If you have to leave a little early, we understand that too!
Is food/drink provided?
Thursday - Heavy apps and drinks at the social. Friday - Breakfast / Lunch will be provided.
Is there a host hotel?
There is no a host hotel, but the address for the main event is: 1001 Locust St Kansas City, MO 64106. If you'd like hotel recommendations, please reach out to your point of contact and we'd be happy to assist.
