Just Play provides a workflow platform to support team preparation, player development, opponent scouting, and roster management at the highest levels of sports. We streamline staff collaboration and content creation while providing a centralized application to deliver information to athletes.
Our platform is a cloud-based service designed to deliver reliable and secure access to team data. It is available from any internet browser (Chrome recommended), as well as via our iOS and Android apps. User accounts are managed through our platform by team administrators.
No sensitive personal information (PII), health records, or financial data is stored by our platform.
The platform is hosted on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services, leveraging its physical, environmental, and network security controls. We architect our services for availability and resilience within a multi-tenant environment, ensuring logical isolation of client data while maintaining centralized monitoring and logging across production systems.
COMPLIANCE
We maintain a structured security and compliance program aligned with industry best practices. Our compliance policies can be made available upon request.
Our SOC 2 examination was conducted in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. It was last updated on Feburary 3, 2026.
Our SOC 2 (Type 1), VPAT (Version 2.5, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, 508 Edition), and HECVAT (Version 4.3) reports can be made available upon request.
