Managing Forgotten Passwords

Users who cannot access their account because of a lost or forgotten passwords have a couple of options for regaining access to their account. Password resets can be triggered by the user from the login page, or by a member of the coaching staff who has access to the Users section of the Admin.

Requesting a New Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the Just Play login page. From your Just Play login page, click on the “Forgot Password” button in the bottom right of the login form. Enter your registered email to receive a password reset link.

Sending a Password Reset to Player/Coach

As a member of the coaching staff, you have the ability to send a password reset email to anyone on your team. To do this, go to the Users & Groups section in the left navigation and find the user on the Admin/Staff or Players page. Click on the Edit icon to view the following page:

Next to the “Status” field, you should see a green button to “Send Password Reset.” Clicking this button will send a password reset link to the user’s email address.
